Netherlands, Twente, Berghum near Denekamp. Traditional Klöpkeshoes or Klopkeshuuske is a small house at the Mekkelhorsterweg near Denekamp in Twente area. In a Klopkeshoes lived around 1900 unmarried piety women that helped organising the church meetings. They knokked (Kloppen) on doors to announce secret Catholic Church meetings which were not allowed that time. The house could be translated as 'Little knock house'
