Netherlands, Staphorst. One of the citizens of Staphorst in traditonal custome on a 'opoe-fiets' or grandmother's bike. Note the traditional cloth that is used to decorate the dress guard of the bike. Staphorst is an ultra-religious and conservative community. The many Dutch Reformed churches gave the town the nick-name 'black stockings community'.
